Mission Wealth was proud to sponsor Kids Helping Kids at their 10th Annual Gala Celebration which featured Grammy nominated and chart-topping rock band, NEEDTOBREATHE.
Mission Wealth’s CEO Seth Streeter and Client Advisor Jenna Rogers proudly attended the event and enjoyed showing their support for the organization’s efforts.
Their annual benefit gala concerts, which began in 2009, have been held at the world-class Granada Theatre. These concerts are entirely student produced and have featured artists such as Grammy nominee Sara Bareilles, Grammy winning Switchfoot and nationally acclaimed Andy Grammer.
Kids Helping Kids is a non-profit organization led by the students in the Advanced Placement Economics classes at San Marcos High School in Santa Barbara. The organization is dedicated to making a difference from the classroom to the community. Their ultimate goal is to invest in the lives of kids needing socio-economic and physical support, both locally and globally. Some of their local and global efforts include subsidizing SAT/AP fees for students who were unable to afford the cost of the exams, helping provide education resources to girls rescued from The Red Light District in India, and purchasing visual aid machinery and hearing equipment for students at their high school.
