Mission Wealth is committed to supporting the communities where we live and work through charitable giving, volunteer service, financial literacy, environmental responsibility, and nonprofit partnerships.

Giving back is embedded in the Mission Wealth culture.

Since our founding in 2000, Mission Wealth has maintained a strong commitment to community support. Each year, we give a percentage of firm profits to local, national, and international nonprofit organizations, supporting nearly 150 nonprofits annually.

Our giving focuses on four core areas: environmental protection, health and human services, youth and education, and financial literacy.

We are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for our team members to give back through volunteer events, donation matching, paid volunteer time off, and allocated team giving budgets.

As Mission Wealth continues to grow, our commitment to giving remains a foundation of our mission.

Firm Retreat Volunteer Events

Financial Literacy and Scholarship Program

In 2022, Mission Wealth and the Center for Financial Planning partnered to launch the Mission Wealth Scholars scholarship program. The program aims to advance the financial planning profession and financial literacy by providing financial assistance to individuals pursuing their CFP® certification. Individuals awarded are from populations historically underrepresented in the profession.

Sponsorships and Financial Support

We are committed to investing in our communities and helping create positive, lasting change. We are proud to have supported over 150 organizations across the United States. This includes monetary donations and firm sponsorships.

Through these efforts, we have helped create positive change in local communities and provided much-needed resources to those in need. Our focus areas are environmental protection, health and human services, education and youth development, and financial literacy. We look forward to continuing to provide our support and resources to those in need and making a positive impact in our communities.

Volunteering Nationwide

We support and encourage our employees’ desire to give back to the communities where they live and work. Our employees have taken part in various social responsibility initiatives, such as volunteering at local food banks, helping build homes for homeless veterans, and participating in beach clean-ups. Through these initiatives and more, we are committed to promoting social responsibility and making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

Since 2022, Mission Wealth has introduced several initiatives to support social responsibility. These include paid volunteer time off (VTO), regional volunteering events, donation matching, and allocated team giving budgets. On an annual basis, we’re proud to report that our employees average more than 400 hours of volunteering across 120 nonprofits.

Mission Wealth Goes Green

As a Certified Green Business, we have committed to reducing our carbon footprint by using sustainable products and materials and promoting renewable energy sources. To encourage our employees to continue to make a positive impact, we have implemented an employee engagement program that rewards those who volunteer, donate, or actively work to reduce our environmental impact. As we move forward, we will continue prioritizing social responsibility and environmental conservation in all our initiatives.
