Professional Background
Sara Clark served as the Director of Relationship Management at AdvicePeriod, an RIA acquired by Mariner Wealth Advisors in June 2021. She partnered with advisors to provide support for client relationship management, business development, practice management, firm resources, and continuing education. Sara previously served as a Senior Vice President in the office of the CEO at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. where she was responsible for supporting the CEO and liaising with the Executive Committee to spearhead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects. Prior to joining Kayne Anderson in 2019, Sara spent nearly a decade advising ultra-high net worth family offices, entrepreneurs, and corporate executives with investment management and capital markets needs at Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and Citi Private Bank.
Sara earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Massachusetts.
Personal Pursuits
During her spare time, Sara enjoys living in Manhattan Beach, a coastal city in Los Angeles County, California. Sara is an avid sports fan and loves cheering for her beloved New York Jets. She is also a member of Sandpipers, which is a 100% volunteer women’s organization dedicated to serving the needs of the South Bay community through charitable and philanthropic programs.
As a member of the Women on a Mission group, she is part of an array of female team members that offer the advice and guidance women need in this new age. Our goal is to support a future full of strong, independent women, based on education, positivity, and empowerment.
