Esra Dulger

Esra Dulger worked in various sectors before joining Mission Wealth, including working as a high school teacher. In 2022, Esra found her passion in technology and has since gained experience in Salesforce CRM. Her specialties include Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud—building high-quality and scalable business solutions using configuration and customization to meet a variety of business process needs.

Esra has her Bachelor’s degree from Temple University. Additionally, she has earned various Salesforce certifications, including Certified Associate, Certified Platform Developer, and Certified Administrator.

Esra enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and going on walks in the nature. A hobby of hers is paper marbling, or ebru, which is a traditional form of art where intricate colorful patterns are created on water and transferred to paper.

Esra helps organize intercultural events at a local non-profit, facilitating a forum of mutual respect and collaboration.

As a member of Women on a Mission, she is part of a firmwide community of women at Mission Wealth committed to connection, education, mentorship, and empowerment. The group reflects Mission Wealth’s broader commitment to supporting women as colleagues, leaders, clients, and community members.
