Mission Wealth Recognized as a 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women

We are thrilled to announce that Mission Wealth has been named one of the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™. This recognition marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, empowering environment for all. This year, Mission Wealth earned the prestigious No. 17 spot, highlighting our dedication to fostering a workplace where women can thrive.

This honor, awarded by Great Place To Work® and Fortune Magazine, is particularly special as it reflects the voices and experiences of women nationwide. Nearly 600,000 women across Great Place To Work Certified™ companies contributed their feedback, underscoring what makes these workplaces exceptional.

“We are incredibly proud of this achievement,” said Dannell Stuart, President at Mission Wealth. “At Mission Wealth, we believe that every team member should feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential, and this recognition is a testament to that mission. Our goal has always been to create an environment where all team members, including women, feel valued, heard, and given equal opportunities to grow—both personally and professionally. Being named one of the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women reinforces our ongoing commitment to fostering a strong culture where all can thrive and succeed.”

What Sets the Best Workplaces Apart

The Best Workplaces for Women list is highly competitive, and companies are selected based on their ability to offer positive experiences for women at all levels. Factors such as job role, race, sexual orientation, work status, and other demographic identifiers are considered, ensuring that the companies recognized provide equitable opportunities for everyone.

Mission Wealth is proud to be part of a distinguished group that champions gender balance in the workplace. Great Place To Work analyzed how well companies represented women in leadership roles, comparing this with industry standards from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Companies that made the list were evaluated on representation and how women advance within the organization.

The Importance of Equity in the Workplace

“The things that create a great workplace for women are the same basic needs that every employee has,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “The best workplaces have closed the experience gap, providing access and opportunity to all regardless of an employee’s gender or background.”

At Mission Wealth, we strive to uphold these values every day. Our culture is built on a foundation of respect, trust, and support, and we continuously work to ensure that these qualities are reflected at every level of our organization.

Fortune Editor-in-Chief Alyson Shontell added, “Based on the survey responses of so many women nationwide, these companies clearly demonstrate they have created workplaces where many feel valued, supported, and encouraged to do their best work.”

As we look ahead, Mission Wealth remains committed to building on this foundation of inclusion, ensuring that we continue to be a place where everyone—especially women—can thrive, grow, and succeed.

How the Rankings Are Determined

The Fortune Best Workplaces for Women list is based on anonymous employee feedback collected by Great Place to Work®. To qualify, companies must meet the Great Place to Work-Certified™ standard, ensuring survey results are representative of the entire workforce. The evaluation primarily focuses on employee trust and their ability to reach their full potential at work, regardless of who they are or what they do.

For this year’s list, the methodology analyzed feedback from over 280,000 employees across small and medium-sized businesses. Companies are ranked based on their scores across a variety of categories, including workplace culture, innovation, company values, and leadership effectiveness.
