About the Award and Ranking

The Fortune Best Workplaces for Women list is based on anonymous employee feedback collected by Great Place To Work® through the Trust Index™ survey, which evaluates leadership, fairness, support, inclusion, and growth opportunities. Eligible companies must be Great Place To Work Certified™, employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% women in non-executive management, and include one female C-suite executive. Over 605,000 survey responses from women across all roles, tenures, and backgrounds are analyzed to identify workplaces that genuinely empower women, resulting in a list that highlights companies with high-trust, high-performing cultures where women feel valued and empowered.
