Mission Wealth Named to Fortune’s 2024 Best Workplaces for Millennials

Mission Wealth has been recognized by Great Place To Work^® and Fortune magazine as one of the 2024 Best Workplaces for Millennials in the small to medium company category. This is the first time Mission Wealth has achieved this prestigious honor, debuting at No. 24 on the list. Securing a place on this list means the company has met stringent criteria, distinguishing itself as one of the top workplaces in the nation.

The Fortune Best Workplaces for Millennials™ list is based on nearly 510,000 survey responses from millennials working at eligible companies. To qualify, companies had to be Great Place To Work Certified™ and employ at least 50 millennials in the U.S.

The Best Workplaces for Millennials list is fiercely competitive. Survey responses provide a thorough snapshot of the workplace experience. Companies were chosen for their success in creating positive outcomes for millennial employees, regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic factors.
