Andy Buck

"I love being a data professional because every answer starts with asking the right question. The real challenge (and fun) is in framing those questions well, then designing solutions that are resilient, scalable, and built to grow with the company. Each answer becomes a foundation for deeper analysis, revealing new questions to explore."
As a Manager of Data & Analytics, Andy leads the development and execution of data-driven strategies that support informed decision-making across the firm. He is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that enhance business performance and drive strategic initiatives.
Andy is passionate about fostering a data-driven culture and leveraging innovative tools and technologies to uncover insights, streamline processes, and support long-term growth.
