Professional Background
Jacob graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. He specializes in working with clients who have concentrated stock positions, helping them navigate complex decisions around diversification, tax efficiency, and long-term wealth planning. He joined Mission Wealth in 2025.
Prior to becoming a Senior Wealth Advisor, Jacob built a diverse professional background spanning Information Technology and law enforcement. A consistent theme throughout his career has been a passion for helping others, which ultimately led him to enter the financial planning industry.
Personal Pursuits
Jacob lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Sarah, and their two young children. He enjoys taking advantage of the region’s natural beauty through outdoor activities and is an avid runner who values staying active. Much of his time outside of work is centered around family and enjoying the balance between professional life and meaningful time at home.
Community Impact
Jacob is passionate about giving back and supporting others in achieving their goals. He has volunteered as a guide runner, helping visually impaired athletes participate in running events, and has previously served in leadership roles within local nonprofit organizations. His commitment to service reflects his broader dedication to making a positive impact both in his community and in the lives of the clients he serves.
