Tom Aune

Tom began his career in accounting before transitioning into software consulting and ultimately finding his passion in internal technology leadership. Early in his previous role, he took responsibility for the firm’s technology operations, helping scale its infrastructure and build an internal support team. Over the years, he has led digital transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity programs designed to strengthen systems and protect sensitive information.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University. His background in both finance and technology gives him a practical perspective on using technology to solve business challenges while supporting strong operational and industry standards.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to new places, where he especially enjoys learning about local cultures and customs. He and his family are also enthusiastic supporters of Texas A&M athletics, including both men’s and women’s sports.

Tom and his wife helped establish their neighborhood swim team when their children were younger. Over eight years, Tom served in several leadership roles and helped the program grow from 25 swimmers to more than 300. Many of the traditions established during that time remain part of the team today.
