As the Operations Specialist, Alexis Melgoza greets our Santa Barbara clients and visitors, answers the firm’s phone lines, and provides administrative support to the advisory, strategy, and operations teams.

I have always loved working as a team and problem solving, this is what drew me into working in Operations. Being able to collaborate with others and see how as a collective group we are able to come up with a solution and better prepare for the future.

Professional Background

Alexis is currently the Operations Specialist located in the Santa Barbara office. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from California State University, Northridge, Spring of 2023.

Prior to California State University, Northridge, Alexis attended Santa Barbara City College and earned her Associate of Arts in Economics, Chicano Studies, Science & Mathematics, Social & Behavioral Science, and Business Administration.

While being a full-time student, Alexis was working for a small boutique financial firm in Santa Barbara, which is where she first experienced her passion for working in the finance world.

Personal Pursuits

Alexis enjoys traveling with her family and experiencing different cultures and foods. When she is in Santa Barbara, where she has lived her whole life, she likes being active by going to the gym, hiking, or spending time at the beach with Kona, her toy Australian Shepherd.
