Professional Background
Andrew Conway started his career in the finance industry as a sales and retirement specialist for an ETF asset manager. More recently, Andrew worked as a high school chemistry teacher, varsity squash and tennis coach, and associate director of college counseling at St. Sebastian’s School in Needham, MA. After leaving teaching, Andrew worked at Charles Carroll Financial Partners, an RIA in the Boston area. There, he oversaw a wide range of corporate responsibilities, including business development, marketing, operations, and investment analytics. His expertise includes college planning, ETFs, retirement plans for small businesses, and emerging technologies.
Andrew has passed Level II of the CFA Program and is a Level III CFA candidate. He holds a Bachelor’s in Chemistry with Honors from Harvard College. Andrew is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.
Personal Pursuits
Andrew lives with his wife, two boys, and dog in his hometown of Needham, MA. Andrew loves cooking, playing board games with friends, and playing squash and golf. He is a lifelong fan of the New England Patriots and has strong family ties to the team: his grandfather was the team doctor in the ‘70s and ‘80s, and his aunt and two cousins were all New England Patriots Cheerleaders.
Community Impact
Andrew serves as a member of the Parish Pastoral Council of St. Joseph’s Parish in Needham, MA. In this role, he actively works to strengthen the parish, engage the youth of the associated parish school, provide outreach and aid to those struggling, and be a good steward of the broader Needham community. He regularly volunteers at his son’s school and is a member of the Harvard Alumni Association and the St. Sebastian’s School Alumni Association.
