Professional Background

Lisa Murphy started her career at Altegris Investments, where she gained experience in alternative investment strategies. She then worked as an Associate Wealth Advisor for two local San Diego wealth advisory firms, where she built comprehensive financial plans and provided excellent client service. Lisa’s background also includes work as an educator in China, Los Angeles, and San Diego.

Lisa holds a Master’s in Wealth Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University. Her certifications include FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, and she holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Personal Pursuits

Based in sunny San Diego, Lisa lives an active lifestyle and spends her free time hiking, running along the beach, and exploring the great outdoors. She is an avid traveler with a goal of visiting every national park in the U.S. Lisa also enjoys reading, spending time with family, and chasing after her toddler son.
