She assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR administration, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. Jennifer strengthens our team with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both employees and leadership while gaining practical experience in HR.

Professional Background

Jennifer is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Arizona State University and plans to earn a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Personal Pursuits

Outside of work, Jennifer spends time with her friends and family, enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, and tries new restaurants and coffee shops. She has 3 cats at home.

Community Impact

Jennifer has volunteered at Feed My Starving Children and St. Mary’s Food Bank and has participated in the Salvation Army Christmas gift drive.

As a member of Women on a Mission, she is part of a firmwide community of women at Mission Wealth committed to connection, education, mentorship, and empowerment. The group reflects Mission Wealth’s broader commitment to supporting women as colleagues, leaders, clients, and community members.
