As the Chief Operating Officer at Mission Wealth, Diane Williamson is a key member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She leads the development and implementation of the firm’s policies and procedures with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory issues. With her extensive experience in the financial services industry, Diane ensures that Mission Wealth operates in accordance with the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Professional Background

Diane Williamson has a wealth of experience in the insurance and benefits industry. She began her career as a Benefits Coordinator for a private firm in West Los Angeles and later became a Client Services Representative for employer-sponsored group health plans with Great West Life in San Francisco. Prior to joining Mission Wealth in 2001, Diane served as Assistant Vice President of Administrative Services for Intermediary Insurance Services, a major international reinsurer. In her current role as Chief Operating Officer, Diane is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and oversees the development and implementation of policies and procedures, with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory issues.

Diane received a Bachelors of Arts from California State University, Northridge.

Personal Pursuits

Diane Williamson is a California native who grew up in Los Angeles. She now calls Santa Barbara home, and she loves to travel and discover new places. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining and experimenting with cooking and baking to enhance her culinary expertise.

Community Impact

As a member of Women on a Mission, she is part of a firmwide community of women at Mission Wealth committed to connection, education, mentorship, and empowerment. The group reflects Mission Wealth’s broader commitment to supporting women as colleagues, leaders, clients, and community members.
