I’m Seth Streer, co-founder and chief impact officer of Mission Wealth. And I’m here at the beautiful Gaylord Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. We’ve been here celebrating the last 25 years as a firm and also being super excited about the next 25 years ahead. We believe that our culture at Mission Wealth is our secret sauce. And people can talk about culture, but really culture is something that needs to be felt. Really for us is about connection. Yes, we want to have people think about the future. Yes, we want them to feel celebrated, but it’s mostly about allowing people to get together and feel the camaraderie and how excited we are to work together shoulder-to-shoulder to serve our clients across the United States. We arrived here and had an opportunity to gather as a whole firm with a really wonderful happy hour where we had barbecue and fun food and drinks and just allowing people from across the country to get reconnected again. The next morning, we got up and had a delicious breakfast and we went in and had a chance to do connection exercises on that first morning. Getting to know

each other beyond our professional roles. It was fun to see people finding commonalities with how many languages they speak or who were the college athletes amongst our group, who are the authors, who’s gone skydiving. We then went in and had a chance to co-vision our future. We thought about each department, where we’ve been, where we’re going, and what we’re going to do to really accelerate and amplify our impact in the chapter ahead. We made a big announcement about how we’re going to have a new partner that’s going to help us really boost our growth and to give us additional intellectual capital and other important resources to really be thriving as a national firm in the United States. We then in the afternoon had some fun together. A group of people went and played golf and had a whole fun out on the course. And then we had others that went by the pool, others that went to the Country Music Hall of Fame and really enjoyed the sights here in Nashville, [Music]

Tennessee. The next morning, after another wonderful breakfast, we did more ice breakers and had a chance to really get to know each other a little more from the inside out. People were vulnerable, they were sharing, and they were feeling that greater sense of connection. We then rolled up our sleeves and went out to the amazing Shelby Park where we had a chance to volunteer and clean up. We had people that organized uh seeds to be planted, people that picked up trash, and a brave group of people that tore down invasive plants and opening up the viewway into the river below. That evening, we were able to go downtown to Broadway to John Bonjovy’s bar where we had some great food and drink and a chance to mingle with our peers yet again. We were able to recognize our two most valuable team members that were nominated and voted by their peers. Later that night, people got to go out on Broadway and see the sites a little bit more. And it was just wonderful to see the new connections that were being bridged from people that maybe had never met each other before or worked across different departments. We

also talked about how we are in such an exciting chapter for Mission Wealth and we’re so excited about the growth ahead where we see ourselves growing from where today we’re at about 156 people to a,000 people over the next 7 to 10 [Music] years. Culture is something that is everyone’s responsibility. So when people are making connections here, they’re going to be welcoming new folks that come into the firm and they’re going to be able to champion what Mission Wealth Culture is actually about. It’s about truly caring for others. It’s about being committed to always doing what’s right. It’s about being adaptable in this changing landscape that’s happening every day.

It’s about having a growth mindset so we can always continually lean into growth and fail forward when needed and know that with hard work and perseverance, we can always navigate what’s going to be ahead of us. And finally, it’s about being caring and seeing each other care in the ways that I’ve witnessed here building these relationships has been so touching. And it’s super exciting to think about the 25 years ahead. The future is truly bright at Mission Wealth. I can’t wait to see how it continues to unfold.

This year, Mission Wealth brought over 130 team members together in the heart of country music, Nashville, Tennessee, for our biggest firm retreat yet: Mission Wealth Connect 2025. Held at the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Resort, our retreat was designed to deepen our culture of gratitude, inspired living, and connection.

Across four unforgettable days, our nationwide team participated in:

– Team-led activities and sunrise yoga
– Group photoshoots and an all-firm meeting
– A golf tournament and team dinners
– A rewarding volunteer experience in the Nashville community
– A surprise night out filled with music, laughter, and celebration

As always, our retreat was more than just an event. It was a reflection of our commitment to personal growth, team collaboration, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
