We’re here in the windy city of Chicago, and it’s been incredible to see our team coming together over this time from getting [music] to know each other from the outside in, and we now are seeing how this group has grown even [music] closer over just a few days, and that will carry with it a cohesion that [music] we know will help support our culture and our growth in the chapter ahead. Brad and I are so grateful for where [music] the firm is today, and we know it’s in such capable hands. We really believe in the leadership team, >> [music] >> and we know that the future is so bright for Mission Wealth. >> At our opening night reception in the game room at the Chicago Athletic Association, we had a lot of new faces.

About 40% [music] of our team has joined Mission Wealth just in the last year and a half. So, for many people this was their first retreat. Lots of people embracing, seeing [music] each other for the first time in person. It was just a really wonderful opportunity to welcome everyone to our annual retreat and to just enjoy connecting with one another. We had a firm meeting in the morning where we talked about the past and the present and the future of Mission Wealth, where we’ve been and where we’re going together as a team. [music] We brainstormed in small groups new services and additional [music] ways that we can wow our clients, ways that we can bring more value to our client relationships. We had breakout sessions where advisors and team members were able to participate. [music]

We had an investment focused panel with experts talking about the markets. We also had professionals talking about AI to gain efficiencies with the way they’re taking care of clients. A group of us went out on the My Fair Lady and got to take a nice boat tour through the beautiful city of Chicago. We had some brave souls that went out and played battled on the pickleball court, and then we had another group of people that did an art and architecture [music] tour through the city of Chicago. We went to the Untitled Supper Club, special evening together. It’s sort of [music] a speakeasy, traditional Chicago style restaurant, and it was just an opportunity for people to create more memories [music] and more moments together. It’s just been a really wonderful experience and opportunity for our whole team to connect in person.

>> Today we spent the day at Seguin, which is a non-profit here in Chicago, helping developmentally disabled folks live a better [music] life. It was so rewarding to see 200 of us here at Mission Wealth give back to the local communities in which we’re existing and taking care of our clients. It’s just so gratifying to see us all come together, have a great time at our annual retreat, but also do good in the world, and never forget that we are making a difference and we do have [music] tens of thousands of people that count on us to make their day better. After this special time, we all got back together here at the Adler Planetarium. >> [music]

>> We celebrated our All-Star Tina Coons, who is a pure awarded MVP at Mission Wealth here. [music] It means so much to celebrate with a team and to finish the retreat off. I’m so proud of this firm. I’m so proud [music] of what we do, and we’re looking forward to a wonderful year.

>> When Brad and I started the firm, we never envisioned it was going to be exactly like this. So we we both are super blessed and here today with over 200 people [music] at this incredible retreat in Chicago. Seeing all these new faces, hearing these new stories of people across the country, and [music] it’s such a gift for us to see that this culture is thriving better than ever, and it [music] comes from a place of caring, but it also is about adaptability, having a growth mindset, being committed to always doing what’s right, and these [music] young folks that are now at the firm to people that have been with us for 25 years, they are [music] stewards of that going forward, and Brad and I know that the firm is in such capable hands, and And excited to [music] know that our clients are going to be so well served for the decades ahead. So with that, we have a sense of gratitude and just a confidence [music]

knowing that Mission Wealth is here to stay and will continue to thrive.

Nearly 200 Mission Wealth team members from across the country gathered in Chicago, Illinois, for our largest annual retreat yet: Mission Wealth Connect 2026.

Held in the heart of downtown Chicago, this year’s retreat brought together advisors, leadership, and team members for several days focused on collaboration, education, community impact, and strengthening the culture that drives the Mission Wealth experience.

Throughout the retreat, our nationwide team participated in:

– Educational workshops on AI tools and the future of wealth management
– Behavioral finance and Money Mindset discussions
– Investment and market insight panels led by industry peers
– Team-building experiences and collaborative breakout sessions
– Wellness activities and opportunities for reflection
– Networking dinners, celebrations, and team recognition events
– A meaningful volunteer event with UCP Seguin, where Mission Wealth served as the organization’s largest volunteer group

Mission Wealth Connect is more than a company retreat. It reflects our commitment to continuous learning, meaningful relationships, and delivering exceptional service to the clients and families we serve nationwide.

As our firm continues to grow, events like these help strengthen the collaboration, innovation, and people-first culture that define Mission Wealth.
