As the Human Resources Specialist, Tina manages Mission Wealth's recruiting pipeline, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and executes all phases of the recruiting process. Tina also develops and implements internal HR policies, and assists current employees of the firm.

Professional Background

Tina Kunze started in the Human Resources field working for a start up company where she gained valuable knowledge of  human resources duties, business development, and the project management aspects of business. Tina gained additional experience in talent and acquisitions as the recruiting manager for healthcare organizations, leveraging previous experience to increase the organizations recruiting efforts and revamp their full-cycle recruiting process.

In 2024, Tina earned her Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from The University of Arizona.

Personal Pursuits

In her free time, Tina enjoys spending time with her children, going to the gym, and exploring all the outdoor adventures Arizona has to offer. She also enjoys trying new healthy recipes with fresh ingredients as well as implementing natural remedies to keep her family healthy and active. Tina has a passion for reading great novels, the occasional self-development book, and currently volunteers at her family's church.
