Mission Wealth Recognized in 2025 Real Leaders Impact Awards as a Top Purpose-Driven Company

The 2025 Real Leaders Impact Awards recognize Mission Wealth as one of the top 185 purpose-driven organizations making a positive impact worldwide.

Mission Wealth has been named #30 overall on the 2025 Real Leaders Impact Company rankings and listed as #6 for Financial Services. This year’s competition attracted over 300 applications from more than 15 countries, with companies assessed on their growth, revenue, and six pillars of I.M.P.A.C.T.: Intention, Model, People, Accountability, Collaboration, and Transformation. After a rigorous evaluation process, the companies that truly embody purpose-driven leadership were ranked and celebrated.

“It’s a true honor to be recognized alongside such inspiring companies that view business as a force for good,” said Seth Streeter, Founder and Chief Impact Officer at Mission Wealth. “At Mission Wealth, we are deeply committed to uplifting our clients, team members, industry, and the communities we serve. We achieve this by taking the time to listen with intention and acting with genuine care. We see ourselves as more than just a firm providing financial guidance and portfolio management—we’re in the business of empowerment. How we treat people, operate within our communities, and collaborate with our partners creates the meaningful impact we strive to make every day.”

The Shift to Purpose-Driven Organizations

From companies that have reimagined old business models to focus more on all stakeholders to those who built impact into their business from day one, we are getting to the point where purpose-driven businesses are becoming the norm. This is great for employees who want to work for companies that align with their values and for customers who would prefer to purchase products and services that they feel good about. It is crucial for the well-being of society and our planet’s health that businesses commit to a definition of success that incorporates social and environmental impact alongside profits.

About Real Leaders

“It seems like every company is calling themselves an impact company these days,” said Kevin Edwards, President of Real Leaders. “We wanted to spotlight businesses genuinely dedicated to making a difference. Incorporating CEO interviews and community-driven impact evaluations ensured that only the most deserving organizations made the list. The top-scoring finalists in each category will share their best practices at Real Leaders UNITE 2025, inspiring better leaders for a better world.”

The 2025 ranking raised the bar, making earning a spot more challenging than ever. The updated criteria excluded nonprofits and publicly traded companies and increased the minimum revenue requirement to $2 million. The list features a mix of respected impact brands of all sizes and from various industries with companies such as Cotopaxi, PATH, Alter Eco Foods, Phlow, Climate First Bank, Salas O’Brien, Bevi, and Pantys. Award Disclosure

Real Leaders Impact Awards honor companies that drive positive impact while achieving impressive business growth. Companies are ranked based on their “Force for Good” Score. The formula for Force is velocity x mass (utilizing growth rate x revenue). A minimum default score will be applied if the applicant has not taken the B Impact Assessment, which provides the “Good” score. The Force for Good Score considers a company’s 5-year sales growth, revenue, and B Impact Assessment (or default score). Mission Wealth paid a fee of $350 to apply.
