[Music] being the chief impact officer is such a joy my responsibilities are largely around championing an amazing culture which is how we take care of our existing people how we take care of merger candidates that come in and new employees that join the firm making sure that they embody the the ethos and the values of our company it also allows me to work on our philanthropic initiatives and we do a lot of giveback programs in the community and organize different volunteer programs and it’s something that has been such a joy to come to help pushing the firm to the next level while creating a platform for everyone to truly Thrive and and feel empowered there’s something called the founders dilemma where Founders need to stay involved with the company long enough to kind of carry that Vision forward so it has momentum but they also need to know when to get out of the way to allow the nextg to really take the Reigns and allow the firm to thrive to the next level so when you have an amazing nextg leader group coming up it’s uh really motivating to get out of the way to let them do their thing but
yet I still wanted to contribute I still wanted to find find ways to support them as they transitioned into those leadership roles and then making sure that our whole team feels supported and excited about our vision for the future for us having a culture of success is about continually Widing the ownership group and the opportunity set for all of our team members owners employees brand new interns the culture of success is really about unlimited potential but allowing people to feel supported as they progress in their careers we are always wanting to be intentional with how we grow we see so much Unity to take great care of these client families across the country and we know that the way we’re going to best serve these families is by taking great care of our people but at Mission wealth we’re really blessed to have the growth that we’re experiencing but we know that the way we’re going to maintain that growth is by attracting people that truly care about having a service orientation how we take care of clients how we take care of each other how we give back to the communities that we serve all starts
from having the service orientation and we are able to attract more Talent we’re able to take better care of our clients and better support each other at the culture at Mission wealth when we try to show up and say how can we give to others [Music] today
