I had a very good experience with Kyle. I heard him speak about Roth conversions and his manner of presentation was sincere and he came across as very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I asked for a follow-up meeting. He listened to understand my current "status" and concerns I had. He was not high pressure but when I at first thought I may stay with my current advisor, he was patient. He tried to understand why and came back with a different style of proposal (not as detailed) and that, along with meeting with Phyllis who would be my main contact, helped me to change my mind. The process itself was much less time-consuming and less stressful than I thought it would be (part of the reason for my hesitancy). Everyone involved was very helpful.
