Should I sell my employer stock after my RSUs vest?

It depends. Once Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) vest, many investors evaluate whether they would choose to purchase that same amount of company stock if they were starting with cash. If the answer is no, it may make sense to diversify some or all of the positions. A personalized strategy can help balance concentration risk, capital gains taxes, and your long-term financial objectives.
