Mission Wealth Ranks #29 on RIA Channel’s 2025 Top 50 ETF Power Users List

We’re honored to share that Mission Wealth has been ranked #29 on the 2025 RIA Channel® Top 50 ETF Power Users list, climbing from #46 in 2024. This recognition reflects our consistent and strategic use of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and personalized investment solutions to our clients nationwide.

Mission Wealth’s investment philosophy centers around building globally diversified, tax-efficient portfolios. We use ETFs as a core component in many client portfolios because they offer broad market exposure, lower fees, and increased flexibility. When paired with our deep investment expertise and holistic financial planning approach, ETFs become a powerful tool to help clients reach their long-term financial goals.

Our disciplined use of ETFs reflects our belief in delivering tax-advantaged, transparent, and cost-effective investment strategies,” said Kieran Osborne, Chief Investment Officer at Mission Wealth. “By leveraging ETFs, we’re able to provide broad diversification, precision in portfolio construction, and greater tax efficiency, key ingredients in helping our clients thrive in any market environment.”

We’re proud to have been consistently recognized for our ETF strategy over the years. Past rankings from RIA Channel include:

  • Top 50 ETF Power Users – 2024 (#46)
  • Top 100 ETF Power Users – 2023 (#21), 2022 (#38), 2021 (#58), and 2019 (#59)

This ongoing recognition reinforces our commitment to innovation, transparency, and fiduciary care in everything we do.

What Are ETF Power Users?

The RIA Channel® Top 50 ETF Power Users Ranking highlights Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) with the highest aggregate ETF assets under management. These rankings signal how effectively a firm leverages ETFs in client portfolios and the value it places on low-cost, scalable investment solutions.

ETF use has grown significantly in recent years as advisors seek innovative ways to achieve diversification, manage risk, and minimize tax drag. At Mission Wealth, we continuously evaluate the ETF landscape and use our research-driven process to select funds that align with each client’s unique objectives.

About the Top ETF Power Users Ranking Methodology

The ETF Power Users Ranking is developed by RIA Database® using a combination of quantitative and qualitative criteria. RIA Database identified and ranked RIA wealth management firms using the most exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The following characteristics define wealth managers:

  • Total assets were primarily managed for high-net-worth and non-high-net-worth individual clients.
  • Each firm provides comprehensive wealth management services.
  • Firms may be a family office or may provide family office services.
  • Firms may provide financial planning services. Broker/dealers were excluded. Firms must be domiciled in the United States and registered with the SEC as a registered investment adviser (RIA).

Wealth managers were then ranked based on ETF usage as reported to the SEC per their 13F quarterly Edgar filings as of December 31, 2024. Total ETF assets were aggregated by RIA Database (RIADatabase.com). Assets under management are as reported to the SEC as of January 31, 2025.
